RETURN POLICY At Luxy Royal Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our skincare, body care, and cosmetic products, we maintain the following policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

CANCELLATIONS Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us at Luxyroyalbeauty@gmail.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they may have already been processed for shipment.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Luxyroyalbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if approved. 

ORDER ISSUES Luxy Royal Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
